izpack

izpack

Hello,

A few days ago I had to re-install Expert Lotto after a crash. Since I have these 2 things happening :

- expert lotto is running when I launch my computer
- Izpack uninstaller is running in the same time and asking if I want to "force the deletion" of expert lotto.

How can I fix that ?

Thanks for your help,

Hi fiwip

Most likely Expert Lotto has installed an icon in the Startup Directory somehow.

1 You can completely uninstall the program and start again or

2 Go to C:Drive and to the Documents and Settings folder. then to the folder that probably is called by your name. Within this folder find Programs>Startup. If an EL icon is in this Startup folder simply delete it. And this will then remove the opening of EL at launch.

Izpack is from the JAVA installation that EL runs on within your computer and is probably invoked by this inclusion of EL within the Startup folder and it s early opening.

Hope this helps

Is it possible to remove Izpack and still be able to run EL? Can we live without Izpack? Yes.

Probably it caused some inconvenience to me some time ago but I got rid of it.

Hi,

Many thanks both of you.

First, I'll try to erase a - not invited - "uninstaller" settled in the Startup Directory.

Hope this works
