What are the odds?

I was doing some back testing when I came a cross this rare occurrence, the Ohio 5/39 drawing for 03/22/08 repeated all 5 numbers from the drawing on 04/25/06. I found it by removing match winning numbers 5 and it removed the jackpot ticket. I wonder if there are any other match 5 repeating drawings in there.

indeed number have no memory, It's a record! since it is a thing is it? but the machines have some kind of threatment

i was impressed by german proffesor who use mathematic equation base on bakery process to speed up the process. unfortunately any mathematic proffesor unable to create mathematic equation base on mechanical drawing machines ball (skip and hit) or computer random generator (Algorithms)
