THE OCCURRENCE OF BACK-TEST IN SEGMENTS OF WNH FILTER

THE OCCURRENCE OF BACK-TEST IN SEGMENTS OF WNH FILTER

Postby lottoboy » Mon Jun 29, 2009 7:27 pm

Hi, Stan:

How are you doing today?

I found some problems in the page of Segments of WN History again (I‘m so sorry to find so many problems in your EL Program --V 4.5.5 recently).

First, I opened the page of Segments of WN History in 06/27/09 for my lotto game and checked the Occurrence and %. Then, I skipped some drawings from 05/20/09 to 06/27/09 and updated it and did same operations above. I found that the occurrence of Back-tests before 06/27/09 in the page of Segments of WN History is different from the occurrence of Back-tests before 05/16/09 in the page of Segments of WN History in same settings. (See the attachment) Also, similar problems exist in other Columns. Is it my wrong operation? Or others? Please let me know the reason. Thanks.

I repeat again that the problem above appeared on the page of Segments of WN History instead the page of WNH Segments in Statistics.

Best,
lb

well, the screenshot shows that there are 12 draws hidden or removed in the second case so all the wn history values are calculated from a different winning numbers database.

Sorry, I’m still not clear your means above.

In my screenshot shows, the result of BT in 04/25/09 is FAILED when I selected 814 tickets (from 09/12/01 to 06/27/09). But the result of BT in 04/25/09 becomes PASSED when I selected 802 tickets (from 09/21/01 to 05/16/09 ) in same Col. (-1), same settings (1-5/0-2/0-2) and same game. It’s crazy!

In fact, the result of BT should be a objective and historical truth similar to historical Winning #s instead of a calculating value subjectively by us. So, it shouldn’t change with the more or less of selected tickets. In other words, the results of BT should be unique one in the unique settings BUT very with the numbers of tickets, aren’t they?

Ok, I found the same problem using the Ohio 6/49 comparing drawings 1/22/07 to 7/6/09 and 1/22/09 to 6/8/09 using the same segment settings -
Seg 1 ends at 6, numbers in tickets 1 to 5
Seg 2 ends at 12, numbers in tickets 0 to 2
Seg 3 numbers in tickets 0 to 2

Not all passing/failing draws match.

I tried -
Seg 1 ends at 6, numbers in tickets 2 to 5
Seg 2 ends at 12, numbers in tickets 0 to 2
Seg 3 numbers in tickets 0 to 2

The samething, not all passing/failing draws match.

I tried other different settings and found no problems.

Viking,

Could you let me know the name of your game which has been used by you above to try our settings? I want to repeat your BT again. OK? Thanks.

Hi Lottoboy,

To install my game download the attached file and go to Lottery Manager in EL. There you must press the Restore/Install button and choose my attached viking lotto.pack file.

Viking,
I can not open your file since my security software (Norton) tells me that there are bugs in your file (Why?). Then, I have to go to the official website of Viking Lotto for downloading the WNs but I still can’t since the Finland language.

Stan, why Viking’s occurrences of BTs in same settings match with the results each other even though “all the wn history values are calculated from a different winning numbers database.â€￾ too???

Hi Lottoboy,

I have downloaded the file myself, checked it for virus and installed it. The result is that there is no virus in it and it installs and works fine.

Turn off your Norton program for a little while and try then. I cannot help you if this does not work for you.

The Viking Lotto site is in Norwegian and they have not any historical draw file to download, you must go through each draw manually on their site.

Hi, Stan:

Could you correct those errors which exist in the Occurrence of Back-test in Segments of WNH Filter as our posts above in your V. 5 since I found the problem still is in V. 4.5.6 now?
