WNH Segments - History Chart Discrepancy ??

I loaded a package containing the full draw history for the Canada National 649 and was exploring the Package Statistics panel. The stats for SEGMENTS in this panel do not appear to agree with the Segments History Chart in the WNH Panel (see attached screen capture).
Can anyone please explain this apparent discrepancy..?
