WN History Differences Segment question

I have set up a group filter that includes 3 other group filters.
The inner group filters are for WN Segments, basically for each column I set the 1st segment 2-4, the 2nd segment 0-6 and the 3rd segment 0-6, I then decide how many will pass.
I do the same for the 2nd segment using 0-2 and the remaining two 0-6, the 3rd segment 1-3 and the remaining two 0-6. (Screenshot attached)
When you hover over the first line in the Filter Group Builder it reads:
WN History Differences Segments (leave column:1: 2-4, segment2: 0-6, segment3: 0-6in 1,168 WN tickets)
Does it matter that the WN tickets is 1,168 although my history is now 1,243. I set this filter up some months ago and the only way I can change the WN ticket value is to rebuild the filter every week. Do you know of an easier way or does it not matter.
