I have attached a pick 5 conditional wheel. The wheel is a 15#'s 4 if 5 in 35 combinations. The conditions are you must have 5 of the numbers drawn within the 15 you chose for play and 1 each of the 5 numbers drawn must be in the 5 sets of 3. In other words the numbers that you enter into the wheel will be divided into 5 sets of 3 (1, 2, 3) (4, 5, 6) (7, 8, 9) (10, 11, 12) (13, 14, 15) for the wheel to work correctly 1 number must come each of the 5 sets of 3 numbers. Of course you don't have to use the numbers in the example you can use any numbers that are in your lottery game. Good luck on choosing 15 numbers.

For the wheel to work correctly 1 number must come each of the 5 sets of 3 numbers (1, 2, 3) (4, 5, 6) (7, 8, 9) (10, 11, 12) (13, 14, 15), there are 35 combinations.

Three of the last 5 drawings 2 to 3 numbers reapeted from the previous drawing. Four of the last 5 drawings number position 1 was out of range. The last 6 drawings have had successive numbers, the average is 3 drawings in a row for successive numbers. Successive numbers consiting of 1 pair is no problem but out of the last 6 drawings 1 had 3 successive numbers, 1 had 2 pair of successive numbers. When you have more than one filter fail in the same drawing, you get total failure.

One thing about EL is that it is a jackpot system and the type of filtering leaves no room for second or third place prize wins. A wheeling system will give more room for having possible second and third prize wins but you have to limit the amount of numbers used to keep the amount of combinations down to an affordable playable number.
