Where is the prediction option in EL 5.0 Im trying it but i cant see this feature.

there are no predictions in expert lotto 5. predictions based on pattern matching will be added in expert lotto 5.1 (the next release after the first official release of expert lotto 5)

Another thing is in EL 4.x when using predicted sums with ranges +-10 all the time i dont get results but its very time consuming to check each history index 0 to -10 to see which one is out. Whats your recomendation to best optimise the predicted sums.

not sure what you mean here.
but in expert lotto 5 the prediction results will be integrated into 'my estimates' window so they should be easier to work with.
